The ASSURE Navigator Program

Connect patients with dedicated support via telephone

ASSURE Navigators are dedicated nurses* who can offer your patients personalized support via telephone to coordinate and help support them throughout their treatment therapy.

ASSURE Navigators provide patients and their caregivers:

ASSURE Navigators can be reached at 866-27-Nurse (866-276-8773) and are available Monday to Friday, from 8 AM - 8 PM ET.

If a patient or an authorized caregiver would like to connect with an ASSURE Navigator, call the ASSURE program to learn more or fill out the enrollment form and sign the patient consent and fax back to the ASSURE program.

Local Care Centers

Creating Connections for Access to Care

ASSURE cares about the continuity of care for each patient. One way we are helping is by offering patients assistance in finding their preferred place of care to receive their treatment. Local Care Centers (LCC) are alternate locations (retail pharmacies, infusion centers, etc.) where patients can receive their prescribed treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

While ASSURE enrollment is not required to visit an LCC, your patient will receive comprehensive support by enrolling into the program, such as:

  • A phone confirmation of your patient’s completed treatment or notification of a missed appointment
  • Patient appointment scheduling and reminder assistance from ASSURE Navigators
  • Improved access to treatment, which may include reimbursement support

ASSURE Pathways

Discover information on patients' insurance coverage, medication access, and alternative treatment locations

The ASSURE Pathways Finder Tool is a web resource that houses 4 easy-to-use look-up tools about ABILIFY MAINTENA. You can look up information about a patient's insurance coverage, find pharmacy locations that can fill prescriptions, identify nearby local care centers, and refer discharged patients to physicians in the area.
