Verify Outpatient Insurance Coverage

The ASSURE Program can assist with insurance precertification requirements, if needed. Additionally, the ASSURE Program can provide you with the required Prior Authorization (PA) forms, status updates, and templates for letters of medical necessity, if needed.

Prior Authorization Support

ASSURE can research the PA requirements and provide the necessary information (eg, payer-mandated PA process, copy of the PA form if applicable, supporting documents needed) to help expedite the process. If requested, ASSURE can also complete the nonmedical portions of the PA form and will track the status of the PA once submitted.

Appeal and Denial Support

Should an insurer deny coverage for SAMSCA® (tolvaptan), ASSURE can assist in providing documentation and supporting information to help with the appeal.
