ASSURE Responds Within 15 Minutes of Enrollment

Benefit verification is simplified so you can stay focused on your patient's treatment plan. After submitting an ASSURE Enrollment Form, the ASSURE Program will confirm receipt within 15 minutes.* In most cases, pharmacy benefits will be verified and communicated to your office within the same business day.

Every treatment journey is distinct and complex; therefore, the needs of patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals will differ in each individual circumstance. To help address these needs, Otsuka* developed the specialized role of the ASSURE Program Manager (APM).

Unlike other in-person representatives, APMs are focused on providing support for you and your team to ensure your patients’ access to their prescribed treatment. Your APM can help clarify access information, answer questions, and coordinate support to help ensure the care you’ve prescribed for your patient. If your patient enrolls, each APM is able to assist with patient-specific access matters.

ASSURE Program Managers can help you:

  • Complete the ASSURE Program Enrollment Form and, with signed patient consent, help with patient-specific access matters, such as benefit verification follow-up and hospital discharge support
  • Understand the range of support the ASSURE Program offers so you can help your patients choose the ASSURE options that are best for them
  • Offer reimbursement support for providers and office staff
  • Understand how to acquire prescribed product from a specialty pharmacy distributor, if necessary
